Ja.

Du ERSETZT den Inhalt von mail_plugins für das imap-Modul. Darum
schmeißt Du dort das acl raus. Du solltest mail_plugins aber ergänzen:

mail_plugins = $mail_plugins quota imap_quota mail_log notify imap_acl
