auch bei der passdb-Konfiguration hast du Tippgicht:

pass_filter = (&(objectClass=posixaccount)(objectClass=inetorgperson)
(memberOf=cn=mailusers,cn=groups,cn=accounts,dc=4xxx,dc=com)(|(mail=%Lu)
(mailAlternateAdress=%Lu)))

mailAlternateAdress -> mailAlternateAddress (2xd)

Ob das die Lösung ist, kann ich dir aber nicht sagen.
