morgigen Dienstag, dem 16. Juni 2015, 09:30 Uhr, spricht der
Europäische Gerichtshof (EuGH) sein Urteil über das OMT (Outright
Monetary Transaction)-Programm der Europäischen Zentralbank. Im
Zentrum steht die Frage, ob das OMT-Programm über das Mandat der
Europäischen Zentralbank zur Währungspolitik hinausgeht und ob es
unzulässig in die Zuständigkeit der Mitgliedstaaten eingreift. </p>

Bundesverfassungsgericht, welches diesen Teil-Aspekt einer
Verfassungsbeschwerde gegen ESM und Fiskalvertrag an den EuGH
verwiesen hatte, hat im Juni 1015 angekündigt, das Verfahren nach
dem Beschluss des EUGH fortzusetzen. </p>
<p style="line-height: 22px; font-family:'Lucida Grande','Lucida
Sans Unicode','Lucida Sans',Verdana,Tahoma,sans-serif; margin-top:
15px; margin-bottom: 15px; font-size: 14px; color:#2b2e2f;"> Zu
den Klägern gehört auch das Bündnis „Europa braucht mehr
Demokratie“, das 2012 die mit 37.000 Unterstützer/innen größte
Verfassungsbeschwerde der deutschen Geschichte beim
Bundesverfassungsgericht eingereicht hatte. Unsere Bürgerklage
richtete sich vorrangig gegen ESM- und Fiskalvertrag und den damit
einhergehenden Demokratieabbau. Ein Teilaspekt der Klage war die
Frage nach den Kompetenzen der Europäischen Zentralbank (EZB).<br>
Wir kritisieren, speziell am OMT-Programm: Der OMT-Beschluss
überschreitet das politische Mandat der EZB, verstößt gegen das
Verbot monetärer Haushaltsfinanzierung und gegen das
Demokratieprinzip der EU. </p>
