Staatsbetriebe geheime
Verträge, Treffen zwischen Lobbyisten sowie
Regierungsmitgliedern und interne
Gutachten von sich aus kostenlos online veröffentlichen müssten.
Dies soll dafür
sorgen, dass Bürger, Journalisten und Aktivisten frühzeitig
Einblick in das
Handeln von Politik und Verwaltung erhalten sowie darauf
reagieren können.</span></p>

haben den Entwurf

Transparency International
Deutschland, die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Informationsfreiheit,

Gesellschaft für Freiheitsrechte, Lobbycontrol,
Abgeordnetenwatch.de und das
Netzwerk Recherche. Interessierte haben einen Monat lang bis zum
8. Juli die
Möglichkeit, das Papier online zu kommentieren. Die Macher der
Initiative
wollen im Anschluss darlegen, welche Vorschläge sie übernehmen.
Im Herbst soll
der "fertige Gesetzentwurf" dann die Basis für eine "groß
angelegte gemeinsame Kampagne" bilden.</span></p>
