<p style="margin: 0px 5px 0px 0px;">im vfm-Seminar "Content-Syndication - Zweitverwertung, Rechtewahrnehmung und neue Verbreitungswege", das vom 8. bis 10. September 2015 im "Haus der Geschichte" in Bonn stattfinden wird, sind noch einige Plätze frei. Hier noch einmal die</p>

<p style="margin: 0px 5px 0px 0px;">Seminarbeschreibung</p>
<p style="margin: 0px 5px 0px 0px;">Medienhäuser stehen heute vor der Frage, wie sie mit ihren Produkten weitere Erlöse generieren, indem alle Inhalte möglichst effektiv zweit-verwertet werden. Content wird nach der Erstnutzung weiteren Interessenten zum Kauf angeboten oder innerhalb der Häuser mehrfach genutzt. Auch die Ermittlung von Urheberrechtsverletzungen spielt heute eine wichtige Rolle, um neue Kunden zu gewinnen, um über nachträgliche Gebühren Erlöse zu generieren und um die illegale Nutzung zu unterbinden.</p>
<p style="margin: 0px 5px 0px 0px;">Das Seminar will mithilfe von Praxisberichten gelungene Beispiele von Zweitverwertung, Rechtewahrnehmung und andere Formen der zusätzlichen Verwertung in den Medien vorstellen und dabei die besondere Rolle der öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunk-anstalten beleuchten. Rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen müssen dabei beachtet werden, interne Regeln und Strukturen festgelegt, ggf. externe Kooperationspartner einbezogen und vertriebliche Aktivitäten gesteuert werden. Das Seminar soll neben den Vorträgen auch durch den Austausch zwischen den Teilnehmern Problembewusstsein und Lösungskompetenz vermitteln.</p>
