Februar 2019</b> im Haus der Geschichte in Bonn stattfindet.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Im journalistischen und dokumentarischen Alltag sind Kenntnisse des Urheberrechts unabdingbar. Auch Pers<span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>ö</span>nlichkeitsrechte und Leistungsschutzrechte spielen in Medienh<span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>ä</span>usern und bei Online-Publikationen eine zunehmend wichtige Rolle. Eine zus<span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>ä</span>tzliche Herausforderung stellt seit 2018 die neue DSGVO dar.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Thomas Gottl<span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>ö</span>ber, Justiziar der Handelsblatt Media Group, vermittelt in einem ersten Teil die Grundz<span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>ü</span>ge des Urheberrechts. Wann ist etwas gesch<span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>ü</span>tzt? Wo gilt der Urheberschutz? Wie erwerbe ich die notwendigen Rechte? Was sind Leistungsschutzrechte? Und wo spielt der Datenschutz eine Rolle?<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Im Weiteren wird auf die spezifischen rechtlichen Anforderungen bei Rundfunk und Presse eingegangen: Rechtsfragen in Bild-, Presse-, und Fernseharchiven sowie das Thema Musikrechte werden von Referenten behandelt, denen die juristischen Problemstellungen des Medienbetriebs aus ihrer t<span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>ä</span>glichen Arbeit vertraut sind. Erg<span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>ä</span>nzt werden die juristischen Aspekte mit Beitr<span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>ä</span>gen von Fachleuten <span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>ü</span>ber Rechteverwaltung und Rechteinformation in Archivdatenbanken.
