Im journalistischen und dokumentarischen Alltag sind Kenntnisse des Urheberrechts unabdingbar. Persönlichkeitsrechte und Leistungsschutzrechte spielen in Medienhäusern und bei Online-Publikationen eine zunehmend wichtige Rolle. Eine zusätzliche Herausforderung stellt seit 2018 die neue DSGVO dar. Zudem wurde im April 2019 im EU-Rat die bis im Juni 2021 umzusetzende Richtlinie zur Neuregelung des digitalen EU-Binnenmarktes beschlossen. Hat das Auswirkungen auf unsere Tätigkeit?
