<p>das Nyeleni-Europe Forum in Cluj, Rumänien, das letzte Woche
stattfand, waren 5 Tage voller Erfahrungen, Begegnungen,
Austausch, Vernetzung und Aktionsplanung. Ihr werdet sicher von
uns noch einiges darüber hören, lesen oder sehen. Hier sind
schonmal zwei Abschluss-Pressemitteilungen, die erste vom Forum

<p><font size="-1">Der Kampf gegen industrielle Landwirtschaft und
für eine gerechte und nachhaltige<br>
Zukunft kleinbäuerlicher Landwirtschaft hat diese Woche einen
großen Schritt nach vorne<br>
gemacht. Nun findet das bisher größte Europäische Forum für
Ernährungssouveränität<br>
seinen Abschluss. [1]<br>
</font></p>
<p><font size="-1">Nach fünf Tagen voller Diskussionen wurde das
Fundament gelegt, um uns unsere<br>
Lebensmittelsysteme zurückzunehmen, sie zu relokalisieren und
Ernährungssouveränitäts-<br>
Plattformen über den gesamten Kontinent hinweg zu
vervielfältigen. Das geschah mit<br>
Teilnehmer*innen aus mehr als 40 Ländern, die sich beim
zweiten Europäischen Nyéléni Forum<br>
für Ernährungssouveränität getroffen haben. Präsent waren eine
große Vielfalt von Menschen,<br>
die Teil des Ernährungssystems sind: darunter Bäuer*innen,
Arbeiter*innen aus der<br>
Landwirtschaft und dem Lebensmittelbereich,
Gewerkschafter*innen, Forscher*innen,<br>
Aktivist*innen, Fischer*innen, Hirt*innen, Indigene Gruppen,
Konsument*innen, und Verfechter*<br>
innen der Menschenrechte. Eine große Leistung des Forums
bestand in der gegenseitigen<br>
Annäherung zwischen Osteuropäischen und Zentralasiatischen
Organisationen mit den<br>
Westeuropäischen Gegenübern.<br>
</font></p>
<p><font size="-1">Ramona Duminicioiu von Eco Ruralis, der
Rumänischen Gastgeberorganisation, sagt: “Die<br>
meisten Länder in Osteuropa sind wie Rumänien: sie haben eine
große und dynamische, aber<br>
gleichzeitig verletzliche Kleinbäuer*innenpopulation, die von
Land Grabbing und billigen<br>
Landinvestitionen aus globalem Kapital bedroht ist. Während
dieser Woche haben wir den<br>
kollektiven Kampf begonnen und die Koordination der
Ernährungssouveränitätsbewegung in<br>
Westeuropa gestärkt. Wenn die Bewegung in Osteuropa und
Zentralasien stark ist, ist sie auch<br>
in Europa als Ganzes stark.”<br>
</font></p>
<p><font size="-1">Die Annäherung in Cluj-Napoca hat zur
Entstehung gemeinsamer Pläne für Ernährung und Landwirtschaft<br>
geführt, in denen agrarökologische Landwirtschaftsmodelle
gefördert werden sollen.<br>
Jocelyn Parot, Generalsekretär von Urgenci, sagt: "Millionen
von Konsument*innen in Europa<br>
unterstützen alternative Landwirtschaftsmodelle, die auf
Agrarökologie basieren: sie vereinigen<br>
sich mit Kleinbäuer*innen im Kampf um demokratische Kontrolle
über Nahrungsketten. Sie<br>
fordern eine Veränderung der staatlichen Politik, welche ihre
Initiativen unterstützen sollte,<br>
anstatt auf destruktive, kommerzielle Gebote zu drängen.
Dieses Forum war ein wichtiger Schritt<br>
für Verbraucherorganisationen, um Strategien innerhalb der
Ernährungssouveränitätsbewegung<br>
zu entwickeln.”<br>
</font></p>
<p><font size="-1">Um die zerstörerische Ausbeutung durch
industrielle Lebensmittelsysteme zu Fall zu bringen,<br>
wurden vom Forum mehrere Schlüsselaktionen entwickelt.
Darunter sind Strategien für gerechte<br>
und gleiche Rechte für landwirtschaftliche Arbeiter*innen –
besonders migrantische Arbeiter*innen<br>
– eine staatliche Politik, die Ressourcen (darunter Land,
Wasser und indigene Besitzrechte)<br>
in die Hände der lokalen Bevölkerung legt, anstatt in die der
Unternehmen; Lebensmittelverteilungssysteme,<br>
bei denen lokale, nachhaltige Lebensmittel an erster Stelle
stehen; das Drängen<br>
auf ein völkerrechtliches Abkommen der UN um Unternehmen und
Menschenrechte zu<br>
regulieren [2]; und Strategien für eine inklusivere Bewegung
die marginalisierte Gruppen<br>
repräsentiert. Zentral für diese Aktionen ist Agrarökologie,
ein radikal lokaler, inklusiver und nachhaltiger<br>
Ansatz für Landwirtschaft. [3] Untypisch für Diskussionen um
Ernährungspolitik, wurden<br>
auch Krieg und seine Folgen angesprochen, wobei die türkische
Delegation angemerkt hat, dass<br>
es entscheidend sei, für Frieden einzustehen. [4]<br>

<p><font size="-1">Ali Bulent Erdem von Ciftci-Sen, dem
kleinbäuerlichen Gewerkschaftsbund in der Türkei, sagt:<br>
“Krieg zwingt Menschen ihre Felder, ihre Häuser, ihre
Lebensgrundlage zu verlassen. Die<br>
Flüchtlingskrise in der Türkei und Europa ist Folge des
Krieges. Als Verfechter*innen von<br>
Ernährungssouveränität kämpfen wir für die Rechte von
Geflüchteten und heißen sie bei uns<br>
willkommen. Es ist entscheidend für den globalen Kampf um
Ernährungssouveränität, für Frieden<br>
einzustehen."<br>

<p><font size="-1">In Opposition zu wachsendem Nationalismus in
Europa, sind wir aus Ländern von Osten nach<br>
Westen zusammengekommen um uns zusammenzuschließen. Mitten in
den Verhandlungen um<br>
schädliche Freihandelsabkommen, wie den kürzlich
unterschriebenen CETA-Vertrag zwischen<br>
der EU und Canada, der eine Bedrohung für die Existenz der
Kleinbäuer*innen darstellt, halten<br>
wir zusammen - mit Ernährungssouveränität im Zentrum unserer
Zusammenarbeit.<br>

Ernährungssouveränität.</font></p>

size="3">Heute ging im rumänischen Cluj-Napoca das
zweite Europäische Nyéléni-Forum zu
Ernährungssouveränität zu Ende, bei dem über 500
Delegierte aus 40 Ländern zusammenkamen, um Strategien
für ein zukunftsfähiges Ernährungs- und
Landwirt-schaftssystem zu entwickeln. „<i>Alle Menschen
und Gemeinschaften haben das Recht, selbst zu
bestimmen, wie sie sich ernähren wollen. Das umfasst
Anbaumethoden, Arbeitsbedingungen sowie den Zugang zu
natürlichen Ressourcen - für uns in Europa und
weltweit. Dafür müssen wir uns als Zivilgesellschaft
zusammentun und die entsprechenden politischen
Rahmenbedingungen einfordern</i>“, so Paula Gioia von
der Arbeitsgenscheinschaft bäuerliche Landwirtschaft
(AbL), der deutschen Mitgliedsorga-nisation von La Via
Campesina, der weltweiten Kleinbäuer*innenorganisation.

face="Arial, sans-serif"><font style="font-size: 12pt"
size="3">Erzeuger*innen, Konsument*innen, Aktivist*innen
in urbanen Bewegungen, Vertre-ter*innen von
Nichtregierungsorganisationen, Wissenschaftler*innen,
Arbeiter*innen und Gewerk-schaftsmitglieder diskutierten
sechs Tage lang über Lösungswege auf globaler,
europäischer, nationaler und lokaler Ebene. Der
inhaltliche Fokus lag dabei auf sechs Themensträngen:
Zugang zu Land und Wasser, Rechte von Arbeiter*innen und
Migrant*innen im Agrar- und Lebensmittelsektor,
bäuerliche Agrarökologie und Saatgut, Alternative
Handelssysteme und die Macht globaler Konzerne,
Territoriale Märkte und regionale
Lebensmittelverteilungssysteme, sowie Gemeinsame
Ernährungs- und Agrarpolitik. Exkursionen ins Umland
erläuterten die Situation und Konflikte von rumänischen
Kleinbäuer*innen. </font></font> </p>
<p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm" align="justify"><font
face="Arial, sans-serif"><font style="font-size: 12pt"
size="3">Die deutschen Teilnehmer*innen des Forums
wollen die hier erarbeiteten Konzepte und entstandenen
Eindrücke mit der Nyéléni-Bewegung in Deutschland in
konkrete Kampagnen und Aktionen umsetzen. Unter anderem
sind Protestaktionen zur bevorstehenden
BAYER-Monsanto-Fusion und Bildungskampagnen zu Themen
wie Agrarökologie und Saatgut geplant. Von den 36
Delegierten waren drei Viertel Frauen, drei Viertel
jünger als 35 Jahren und ein Drittel Produzent*innen. </font></font>

face="Arial, sans-serif"><font style="font-size: 12pt"
size="3">Daniel Rüde, Kleinbauer und Delegationsmitglied
aus Hessen: „<i>Die Vielfalt der Perspektiven, Sprachen
und Erfahrungen der hier zusammengekommenen Menschen
ist beeindruckend und inspirierend. Die Solidarität
dieser bunten Bewegung ist überall spürbar, ob beim
Diskutieren, beim Abwasch oder beim gemeinsamen
Singen. Wir fahren mit einem starkem Gefühl von
Verbundenheit nach Hause. Es stärkt uns im Kampf für
ein Ernährungssystem mit fairen Löhnen und
Arbeitsbedingungen – und gegen übermächtige
Agrarkonzerne oder Freihandelsabkommen wie TTIP und
CETA.</i>“</font></font></p>

Konzerne kontrollierten Nahrungsmittel- und

Forscher*innen und Aktivist*innen aus ganz Europa
zusammen. Gemeinsam diskutieren sie die Strategien und
Kämpfe der in den letzten Jahren in Europa gewachsenen
Bewegung, tauschen Erfahrungen und beraten Schritte für
