Many thanks for this, however it seems like the file may have been
corrupted:

$ tar xzvf policyd-weight-0.1.15.2.tar.gz 
policyd-weight-0.1.15.2/
policyd-weight-0.1.15.2/contrib/

policyd-weight-0.1.15.2/documentation.txt

I've tried downloading it a couple of times now, so I don't think the
problem is my end…
