DNSBL and RHBL

I have been using free dnsbl and rhbl for the longest time.  In recent
months, I have noticed that only 3 are available from the list, below.

Would anyone have an alternate list or, perhaps, if you could tel 1) where
to pick them from 2) how to score them.
