berüchtigten Oberlandesgerichtsgebäud</span><span

class="author-a-z82zofhz79zz79zz87zz122zcwz66zxz72z5z66z9">in
Stuttgart</span><span

die Tatsache, dass Vi, Leandra, Crow, Zo und Daniel gerade hier
vor Gericht stehen</span><span

class="author-a-z82zofhz79zz79zz87zz122zcwz66zxz72z5z66z9">ist
höchst fragwürdig und lädt die politische Dimension zum klaren
Nachteil der Angeklagten auf: Unschuldsvermutung Fehlanzeige.
Aber da die vorsitzende Richterin die Kommunikation zwischen
Verteidigung und Angeklagten unterband, die Verteidiger*innen
gekonnt ignorierte und </span><span
class="author-a-z85zz72zz73zz80zz68zkkx9oz77zjtz77zz65zc">selbst
</span><span
class="author-a-z82zofhz79zz79zz87zz122zcwz66zxz72z5z66z9">die
Möglichkeit zur Stellung von Anträgen </span><span
class="author-a-z85zz72zz73zz80zz68zkkx9oz77zjtz77zz65zc">verweigerte,
</span><span
class="author-a-z82zofhz79zz79zz87zz122zcwz66zxz72z5z66z9">kam
es nicht einmal zur Feststellung der Personalien.</span></div>

sich der Beginn der Verhandlung aufgrund akribischer Kontrollen
der Angehörigen, Freund*innen und Genoss*innen der Angeklagten
bereits um über </span><span
class="author-a-jxz87zz122zz80zz66zmz82zez71z6mvu54">eineinhalb
Stunden</span><span
class="author-a-z82zofhz79zz79zz87zz122zcwz66zxz72z5z66z9">
verspätet hatte, weigerten sich die Angeklagten und die
Verteidiger*innen</span><span
class="author-a-z85zz72zz73zz80zz68zkkx9oz77zjtz77zz65zc">,</span><span
class="author-a-z82zofhz79zz79zz87zz122zcwz66zxz72z5z66z9"> sich
zu setzen. Das Setting im Gerichtssaal besteht aus zwei Reihen
für die Verteidigung – es sind</span><span
class="author-a-jxz87zz122zz80zz66zmz82zez71z6mvu54"> insgesamt</span><span
class="author-a-z82zofhz79zz79zz87zz122zcwz66zxz72z5z66z9"> elf
Rechtsanwält*innen – die vor einer Panzerglasscheibe Platz
nehmen sollen, hinter der sich die fünf Angeklagten in
Handschellen und in Begleitung von Justizbeamt*innen befinden.
Eine vertrauensvolle Kommunikation zwischen</span><span
class="author-a-z85zz72zz73zz80zz68zkkx9oz77zjtz77zz65zc"> ihnen
und der</span><span
class="author-a-z82zofhz79zz79zz87zz122zcwz66zxz72z5z66z9">
Verteidigung soll offensichtlich unterbunden werden. Da das
Gericht nicht auf Lösungsvorschläge eing</span><span
class="author-a-z85zz72zz73zz80zz68zkkx9oz77zjtz77zz65zc">ing,</span><span
class="author-a-z82zofhz79zz79zz87zz122zcwz66zxz72z5z66z9">
verließen die Verteidiger*innen geschlossen den Saal und es kam
zu einer zweistündigen Unterbrechung.</span></div>

Rüstungskonzerns an einem genozidalen Vorgehen der israelischen

class="author-a-z82zofhz79zz79zz87zz122zcwz66zxz72z5z66z9">
direkte Aktion durchaus angebracht sein kann.</span></div>
